We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management.

**Responsibilities**

1. Operate forklift and other equipment to move materials within the warehouse

2. Perform heavy lifting and carrying of materials as needed

3. Assist in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately

4. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Required Skills**:

- Organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in warehouse distribution and logistics preferred
- Ability to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely
- Experience off loading and loading trailers - skid placement and weight distribution
- Capability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks consistently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes
- Knowledge computer software such as outlook, word, excel, Microsoft TEAMS, Extensiv WMS (Warehouse Management System), an asset

**Required Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent, and experience in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in warehouse operations.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
