Digital advisor provides experience and leadership capabilities to ensure a proper digital transformation governance model to lead the change, ensure business value is created, deliverables are met, and a program of change is creating continuous innovation capability within the customer, leading to ongoing commitment.

**Digital Advisor Duties & Responsibilities**
- Execellent preparing digital maturity assessments and adoption plans
- Successful design and implementation of a marketing and communication strategy
- Excellent understanding of all communication channels, particularly digital
- Experience producing quality content
- Highly creative with courageous ideas
- Comfortable working across and meeting the demands of multiple teams
- Strong project management capability and ability to meet deadlines
- Content management and development of the company intranet, including managing Content Managers network
- Support strategic executive communications in text, audio and video formats

**Education**
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, Communications, Finance, MBA, Education, Business/Administration

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
