- **YOUR EXPERIENCE**:_

As an Office Manager, we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and collaborative individual who loves building and maintaining positive relationships with the practice team and patients. You will provide support to all aspects of the day-to-day business, and help us give the best in quality care to each of our patients.
- 4+ years of experience working in dentistry as a _Dental Administrator or Dental Office Manager_
- Strong knowledge of Dental Operations and leadership
- Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
- Oversee office financials, Accounts Payable and some Receivable
- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office, Excel, and MS Outlook
- Experience with Cleardent, or similar Dental Software's**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
_
- Lead the team with strong guidance and inspire the team to excel in areas of performance including patient care, revenue growth and instill high level of self-accountability on a daily basis
- Provide continuous direction and support to direct reports and raise awareness on operational priorities like schedule management, billings, authorizations, approvals, claims management, recare and increasing new patient flow
- Maintain a positive attitude and communication skills that promote dental practice teamwork and motivate the team to achieve their goals
- Analyze business and financial data on a daily basis to recognize and build on strengths, provide daily feedback improve weak areas of performance and identify anomalies occurring in the practice
- Organized and strong time management skills
- Help develop talent, maintain a respectful and considerate work atmosphere where our patients are happy and well cared for, and our staff feels fulfilled

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
