**Essential Job Functions**:

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Manage the administrative and support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track operational performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization while managing completion timelines and status of ongoing projects and work orders.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for operational growth and development.
- Monitor the facilities, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of staff and students.
- Handle logistics, including scheduling, transportation, and event planning for institutional activities and programs.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within an educational institution or a similar setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with families, the founder, and various team members.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve operational performance.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education.

Application Process:
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
