**WHO WE ARE**
YPR is a PR marketing service that generates equity and brand awareness. We help organizations increase their revenue and capitalization through strategic communications. We strengthen social awareness through proactive and reactive storytelling that sparks curiosity, interest, and engagement from relevant communities.
**ROLE**
Sid Lee, through its public relations affiliate, YPR, is seeking a **Creative Strategist, PR & Influencer Marketing**who will report to the Account Director, Public Relations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic and creative ideas, tailored to the unique needs of a diverse roster of clients. We are seeking someone with good experience in design, content creation and strategic thinking.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct research to uncover consumer insights and analyze data, studies, and coverage across various industries (B2B and B2C).
- Develop impactful presentations and visual materials (e.g., decks, infographics).
- Create snackable video content for social media platforms.
- Assist in the conception and management of events.
- Support the development and execution of marketing communication plans.
- Research and produce content for press releases, byline articles, social media calendars, and keynote presentations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends to inform communication strategy recommendations.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (marketing, communications, public relations, psychology, sociology, etc.).
- 2+ years of experience in an agency or consultancy setting, preferably in PR, marketing, or related fields.
- Proficiency with industry-standard graphic design and video production tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Canva, Figma).
- Familiarity with social media management platforms (Meta Business Suite, Twitter, LinkedIn) and the influencer ecosystem.
- Exceptional content writing and editing skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving client priorities and budgets to drive measurable success.
**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Proven track record in design and content creation (a portfolio will be an asset).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
- Strategic and creative thinking abilities.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Experience with media monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, Muck Rack) and influencer monitoring tools (e.g., Traackr, Clear).
