**Dream is looking for a Social Media Strategist**

Join us, we have a unique and creative opportunity just for you within the Real Estate industry. We are looking for a Social Media Strategist to support with planning, developing and sharing content that aligns with the overall corporate narrative and social media strategy.

In this role, you will gain cross-functional exposure to all lines of business across the Dream group of companies, with the additional opportunity to collaborate with those in our communities, attend events, and work with leadership across the organization to build content. The Strategist will be joining our fast-paced environment to help us to develop new, creative and forward-thinking ideas to build upon and story tell on social media platforms and corporate marketing channels.

**A Day in the Life**:
Unlike any other Social Media role, this position will offer you the opportunity to be the social media voice at Dream. We will lean heavily on you to own the social media strategy and be creative with messaging. Our new Social Media Strategist will be responsible for driving and managing Dream’s social presence across all social channels, including both organic and paid. You will work collaboratively with internal teams across the organization to develop content that are tailored for regional audiences, stakeholders, investors, and job seekers.

You will be provided with opportunities to work directly with executives to curate targeted social media. This role will offer you the challenge of being creative with corporate, investor, developer and community content in a way that is engaging for all audiences. This role is the best of both worlds with a balance of corporate and community focused social content creation.

It is crucial for you to be comfortable with taking initiative and bringing new ideas to the table. You are friendly and people-oriented yet comfortable working independently, and you pay attention to detail without losing sight of your goals and priorities. Your aptitude to learn and take on new projects will deepen your knowledge of the real estate industry. Here are just some of the responsibilities you will take on:

- Liaise and meet with internal teams to ensure that the social media presence and voice is reflective of current marketing and communications goals
- Plan, develop and publish original content for all Dream’s social networking sites including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other similar community sites
- Design, write and manage a social content calendar
- Manage and oversee Dream’s corporate website news feed and ensure it is updated weekly
- Develop strategies to increase engagement with target audiences and support Dream’s overall business objectives
- Grow and monitor the presence of our brand across all social media platforms and corporate marketing channels, with the goal of engagement, consistency and brand protection
- Directly maintain outreach on social media channels, monitoring conversations, and responding to consumer inquiries, comments and escalation if required
- Establish strategic partnerships and manage content for contests, promotions and other sales/ marketing events
- Work collaboratively with agencies, external vendors and internal teams to build social media strategies and tactics that are able to deliver both business results and increase customer engagement
- Provide analytic reports that measure the impact of Dream’s social media efforts, social media trends, PR and marketing programs
- Knowledgeable with SM platform tools, scheduling and reporting
- Build monthly and quarterly analytic reports for Dream’s social platforms and PR efforts
- Manage both organic and paid social media, being strategic and testing out boosted posts, managing it for Dream’s social media channels as well as for other accounts we manage
- Ability to juggle 3 social media calendars at once (Dream, Canary District, Quayside) and PR calendar.

**Your Experience Includes**:

- 3+ years developing social strategy and managing social media and brand in a corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and the evolving social media landscape
- Experience with media monitoring platforms such as Meltwater or Cision and using insights to create reports
- Experience with Google AdWords, SEO and paid ads a bonus
- Advanced social measurement experience including use of listening, monitoring and CRM services/tools.
- Content creation of any and all types (video, photography, reels, lives, polling, stories, ads)
- Corporate, Real Estate industry or Asset Management marketing experience preferred but not necessary.
- Work in regulated industries with legal oversight and approvals.
