Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Develop and maintain a seasonal, innovative Cocktail menu aligned with our brand and clientele.
- Oversee daily bar operations, Opening/closing, ensuring efficiency, Training, cleanliness, and compliance with all regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering and cost control for all bar related items.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Head mixologist, Lead Bartender/Server or similar leadership role in Upscale Venue.
- Proficient in cash handling and cashiering
- Strong knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment handling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to create seasonal Handcrafted cocktails.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and Alcohol practices
- Demonstrated hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service

Ability to work - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Evenings (permanent) and weekends as required.

Salary - $ 18.20 plus Gratuities
