**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Work closely with and assist the EVP and VP, Capital Markets to create, edit, and prepare proposals, presentations and marketing packages
- Underwrite commercial real estate investment opportunities
- Work with Argus Valuation Software often and proficiently
- Conduct research and collect information materials on market fundamentals, tenants, and undertake economic and financial analysis
- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

**WHAT YOU BRING - REQUIRED**:

- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Math, Economics, Geography or other related field
- 1-2+ years full-time professional experience required in the commercial real estate sector or other corporate experience will be considered
- Proficiency in the use of ARGUS real estate software (knowledge of Argus Enterprise is considered to be an asset)
- Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Adobe
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel (financial modeling)

- Knowledge of key themes impacting capital markets and investment real estate
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work
- Ability to work well under pressure while prioritizing competing deadlines
