**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, utilizing electric pallet truck or other heavy equipment as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel use, and delivery times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required.
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a strong understanding of freight handling.
- Ability to operate electric pallet truck and heavy equipment safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Must pass a road test, background check and drug screening prior to employment.
