Centennial Construction and Contracting (Niagara) Inc is now hiring an experienced DZ driver for full time work within the Niagara Region operating a **TRIAXLE DUMP TRUCK**. This job includes benefits, steady hours and year round work. The applicant must meet the following criteria: - **Must possess a clean drivers abstract and CVOR**: - **Must possess an AZ or DZ licence**: - **Must have experience operating a TRIAXLE DUMP TRUCK**: - Must be dependable and on time. - Experience hauling aggregates is an asset but not required. - Must be able to perform duties such as**:MTO required circle checks, keep proper and up to date driver's logs, submit daily timesheets along with all necessary paper work, etc.**: - Must have a strong knowledge of quarries, pits, roads and highways within the Niagara region. - Must be able to work in a team environment. - Must be able to follow company procedures and policies including**:health and safety, PPE, and all other personal and team policies**: - Driver will be visiting various job sites throughout the region and will be expected to abide by site rules. - At Centennial, we have a strong commitment to health and safety. Thus, it is beneficial to all applicants to have First Aid/CPR/AED training. It is mandatory that all applicants have WHMIS certification. Working at Heights, Fall Protection and Confined Space training is not mandatory for our drivers but considered an asset. All unsafe acts, near misses and accidents are to be reported to Centennial management immediately.
