Sales Administrator

As the Sales Administrator you will **provide clerical and organizational support to the sales team**.
Key responsibilities may include:
- **Order processing**: Entering and processing customer sales orders, including checking inventory availability and pricing accuracy.
- **Customer database management**: Maintaining accurate customer information and contact details within the CRM system.
- **Invoice processing**: Generating invoices and ensuring timely payment collection
- **Delivery coordination**: Arranging product delivery schedules with logistics providers and communicating delivery updates to customers
- **Customer support**: Answering customer inquiries regarding orders, product information, and billing
- **Sales team support**: Assisting sales representatives with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and preparing sales presentations
- **Complaint handling**: Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
Required skills for a sales administrator:
- **Strong organizational skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work effectively
- **Attention to detail**: Ensuring accuracy in data entry and document processing
- **Customer service skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally
- **Proficiency in CRM systems**: Familiarity with customer relationship management software to manage customer data
- **Basic understanding of sales processes**: Knowledge of sales cycles, quoting procedures, and order fulfillment
- **Computer literacy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
