Barista/server

As a Barista/Server, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for coffee while providing an enjoyable experience for our customers.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and process payments using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Prepare and present food items, such as pastries and sandwiches
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including cleaning equipment and utensils
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures
- Familiarity with cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
