**Career Coach - Volunteer Position**

Are you passionate about guiding the next generation? Do you want to inspire young minds about career possibilities? Join us as a Career Coach and help shape the future workforce

In the 2024-25 school year, with support from the Ontario Ministry of Education and local school boards, HIEC is launching an ambitious and groundbreaking initiative: bringing career coaching services into every publicly funded secondary school setting across the province

As a **Career Coach**, you will engage in career conversations with **grade 9 and 10 students** across Ontario, offering insights into your industry, career journey, and workplace experiences. This initiative connects students with real-world professionals, helping them explore diverse career paths.

We are in **Thunder Bay**on **May 22nd and 23rd**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Participate in **one-on-one or small group conversations** with students
- Share **your career story, industry insights, and professional advice**:

- Answer students’ questions about education, skills, and career development
- Inspire and empower youth to explore career possibilities
