**Gymalaya Newmarket **is a recreational gymnastics facility located in Newmarket, Ontario. Gymalaya was founded in 2008 and has been serving the York Region community for over 13 years. Gymalaya state-of-the-art facility is bright, clean, colorful, and fully equipped. Our professionally developed, the non-competitive curriculum is designed to build physical, mental, and social skills while having tons of fun. We have an **immediate opening** for a full-time or a part-time **Assistant Gym Manager **to oversee and teach our programs. We are looking for a mature team player that is reliable and ready to grow with us. Applicants must have a strong background in gymnastics or dance and outstanding customer service. An outgoing personality and a genuine passion for gymnastics and children is a must as well. A background in dance / fitness / cheerleading / Kinesiology is also an asset. Start Date: ASAP **Your responsibilities**: - Manage all the day-to-day operations of the facility - Provide outstanding customer service - Manage a team of coaches and assistants - Maintain the facility - Teach gymnastics to young children (ages 4 months to 10 years). You do not need to prepare lesson plans, set up your stations, or write report cards.
