Our team is seeking a visionary Bridge Agent to join our Modeling team in Montreal - someone who can seamlessly merge the timeless standards of the modeling world with the ever-evolving landscape of social media influence. This role is perfect for someone with a sharp aesthetic eye, a knack for identifying talent, and the expertise to build careers that dominate the digital space. While grounded in the principles of classical modeling, your primary focus will be helping talents thrive as social media influencers, creating opportunities that resonate with today’s brands and audiences.

Expectations:

- Discover and recruit new talent who embody the model criteria and have the potential to excel as influencers in the digital space.
- Pitch talent profiles to brands, negotiate contracts, and manage collaborations to maximize visibility and revenue for your talents.
- Guide your talents in building a cohesive online persona that aligns with their modeling aesthetic and resonates with brands and audiences alike.
- Participate actively in the onboarding process of new talent and support them in their day-to-day agency activities.
- Curate talent rosters specifically for influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and aesthetics.
- Leverage your understanding of classical modeling to create opportunities for talents in campaigns, editorials, and partnerships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and retention-based KPIs.
- Attend industry events and talent meetings outside of normal work hours where necessary.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and modeling industry standards to provide strategic advice and direction to your roster.
