**Who are we searching for?**
**_We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our busy Future team _**
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and maintain strong relationship with customers
- Processing orders & receipts from customers in our WMS
- Enter production, transfers, and bulk receipts as directed
- Maintain accuracy of records through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Assist in solving inventory, delivery, and order discrepancies
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing
- Maintain up to date customer files
- Providing the appropriate paperwork to customers & warehouse team
- Other related duties as required or assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Related manufacturing/industrial customer service/shipping/receiving work experience of 3 - 5 years required
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and tight timelines in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with external customers and individuals at all levels of the organization
- Able to work efficiently as part of the team as well as independently
- Ability to use general office equipment
- Strong computer skills and ability to operate within Microsoft Office suite of products, and other computer systems.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
