Dilawri Group in Ontario is looking for a **Network Analyst** to join our** National IT Team** based out of our **401 Dixie VW Dealership** in **Mississauga.**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Network & Security, this role will attend remote/on-site for all maintenance, repair, replacement, upgrades, configurations, testing, training, and support for the following areas related to Network & Security.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge of complex systems, including network, servers, and workstations.
- Support network engineers with troubleshooting and configuration.
- Implement, maintain, and support network and security systems, including firewalls, routers, switches, and access points.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot VPN and remote access solutions.
- Conduct network capacity planning to ensure optimal network performance, including capacity planning, sizing, and forecasting.
- Monitor, maintain, and repair network devices.
- Maintain and monitor network services, including DHCP, DNS, and WINS
- Setting up LAN and WAN networks, as well as Voice Over IP and VTC devices.
- Managing IP addresses and resolving conflicts.
- Monitoring and maintaining network servers and performing upgrades.
- Monitor and collaborate with ISPs to ensure proper connectivity speeds and uptime to all locations.
- Performing system administration tasks and ensuring network security.
- Implementing and maintaining network security measures.
- Documenting processes and monitoring network performance metrics.
- Consulting with internal departments and training IT support staff.
- Keeping up with advancements in network technologies and solutions.

- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills
- Creativity and problem-solving
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
- Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Organizational ability and attention to detail
- Exceptional ability to provide network support and resolve errors.
- University Degree or College Diploma in IT field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience as a network analyst, systems analyst
- Knowledge of Windows network operating systems, protocols, and procedures
- Experience with all Meraki hardware setup and configurations via dashboard.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining network documentation.
- Excellent vendor management
- Dealership experience or knowledge is a plus
