**About the Job**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage inventory and stock items with adherence to min/max quantities
- Verify stock availability from inventory and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Prepare purchase order requisitions
- Research potential vendors and negotiate pricing, goods, and delivery
- Source suppliers and maintain relationships with existing vendors
- Work with supplier to expedite shipments
- Manage inventory returns

**Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to work independently and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the drive to meet tight deadlines
- Energetic and friendly with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High sense of urgency with respect to customer service

**Qualifications**
- Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Edmonton, Alberta
- Completion of Secondary School Diploma or the equivalent knowledge and experience
- Experience and/or knowledge of industry is an asset
- Entry-level of inventory level requirements
- Previous experience with SAP Database (an asset, not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
