**Responsibilities**:

- Cuts prepares and may wrap products for the fresh meat counter, according to production schedule.
- May stock and rotate product in the meat counter, checking code dates on product, pulling product that is off code and adjusting the cutting requirements to what products are required.
- May assist with the proper ordering, rotation and inventory control of product in the department. Maintains good knowledge of the preparation and display of products in the department.
- Follows all applicable Company policies and procedures, Government regulations, Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.
- Provides service to customers and responds to specific requests for product
- ie. advice to customers on product preparation/cooking or responds to customer special requests.
- May receive stock, unload, and put away product, and retrieve product from freezer/cooler.
- Sanitation and department clean up.
- Assists the Department Head/ Manager or, Assistant Department Head/ Manager/ Chief Clerk in the overall successful operation of the Department.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Head/ Manager, Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a meat processing environment would consider an asset
- Pay Attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal / customer service skills
- Team Player
- May require heavy lifting upto 50lbs
- Able to stand and walk for a long period of time
- Able to work weekends and holidays as required
- Able to communicate in both English and Chinese would consider an asset

- 包裝及刨肉類, 火鍋肉片, 並貼上銷售標籤後放置展示櫃上
- 冷藏品加銷售標籤後放置展示櫃內
- 負責工作場地清潔, 沖洗工作用具並妥善保管
- 保證倉庫, 展示櫃和冷庫清潔整齊
- 處理回收到期之包裝品, 並控制損耗
- 執行其他上級指派的任務

- 能適應輪班工作安排, 包括白班, 晚班, 週末及節假日
- 良好溝通能力, 能以中(國語/粵語), 英文溝通為佳
- 能長時間站立工作及經常搬動重物 (50磅及以上)
- 具備合作精神, 能和同事和睦相處
- 對肉類食品不會過敏
- 了解基本的工作安全知識
- 有相關肉類食品處理工作經驗為佳
- 高中或以上学历

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
