**FULL-TIME PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBERS WANTED**

**$23.50/hr + shift premiums**

**Polycorp Ltd.** is the industry leader in the design and manufacture of engineered polymer products for a global customer base in the Mining, Rail and Protective Linings industries.

The Company offers:

- Competitive compensation:

- Starting rate is **$23.50/hr. **This rate increases to **$24.50** after successfully completing 3 months’ probation period.
- ** PLUS **shift premiums **($1/hr.** afternoons, **$2/hr**. nights)
- ** PLUS ** Annual Merit Wage Increases based on overall performance review. Earn up to an additional **4% **annually.
- ** PLUS ** Paid Education Assistance Program - **$1,000/yr**. for every employee interested in taking courses.

**Skill and Abilities**:

- High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience
- Able to read, write and fill out production reports with accuracy
- Team player and can communicate effectively with co-workers
- Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
