**Position**:Full-time. Our operating hours are 7:30-5:30 through the week and 8:30-4:30 on Saturdays, so your evenings are your own.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure CLS Landscape Supply has a clean and organized yard to facilitate the movement of landscape supplies
- Help with maintenance and cleaning of vehicles and equipment
- Perform daily equipment maintenance checks
- Become familiar with all products that CLS carries, how these products relate to each other, and how they are incorporated into a landscape project
- Create a rapport with customers and provide a welcoming and helpful experience to all
- Load customers with aggregates, pallets, and other materials as needed
- Unload shipments of landscape materials from delivery trucks; sort and place them in appropriate areas
- Sort, build, and load landscape materials onto delivery trucks for delivery to customers
- Be continuously engaged in yard improvement and tidy-up projects
- Assist with maintaining appropriate inventory levels
- Assist indoor retail staff as required
- Mechanical skills are considered greatly beneficial though not required
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or gardening is beneficial though not required
- Customer service skills/personable attitude - you will interact with customers regularly
- Able to regularly lift 20-50 lbs, and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Organizational skills are required as you will be sorting and stacking materials daily
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions independently and on the fly
- Ability to work independently and towards goals
- Math skills are beneficial, though resources exist to aid in calculations
- Must be able to work 10-hour shifts in a construction-like environment (hazards present include insects, dust, debris, loud noises, heavy equipment operation, and exposure to the elements when working outside)
- Must have reliable transportation as we are not located on transit lines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Additional pay:
