**Overview**
Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Front Loader Operator in Greater Calgary Area. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a loader to load and feed materials as required. Your exceptional equipment operation skills will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our gravel processing facilities.**Responsibilities**:
**Loader Operator Responsibilities**:
- Operate a loader to load materials onto trucks, stockpiles, or other designated areas as per project requirements.
- Safely maneuver the loader, taking into account the surrounding environment, obstacles, and other personnel on the site.
- Ensure proper functioning of the loader by conducting routine inspections and promptly reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Monitor and control the flow of materials to prevent overloading or spillage during loading operations.
- Follow loading plans and instructions provided by supervisors or project managers.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the loading area, including the proper disposal of debris and waste materials.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and coordinate loading activities with truck drivers and other equipment operators.

**Qualifications and qualities**:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a Front end Loader operator, preferably in a Gravel crushing, washing plant
- Ability to operate a loader and other construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for accurate material loading.
- Knowledge of proper equipment maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other personnel on the job site.
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of operating equipment in varying weather conditions.
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety.

**Compensation**:
- Starting Wage $35.82
