**Requirements**:
To ensure that we maintain our high standards of service, we require all subcontractors to meet the following criteria:
Professional Representation: Subcontractors must represent Allura Homes in a professional manner at all times. This includes maintaining clear communication with clients, adhering to project timelines, and delivering high-quality workmanship.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in home renovations is required. We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record of successful projects.
- Kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Flooring installation (hardwood, tile, laminate)
- Painting and drywall repair
- Electrical work (basic wiring, fixture installation)
- Plumbing (fixture installation, repairs)
- Exterior renovations (siding, roofing, decks)

Problem-Solving Abilities: Renovation projects can present unexpected challenges. We value subcontractors who can think on their feet and find effective solutions.
