**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving our customer journey on our website.

**Duties**
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales and customer engagement.
- Responsible for entering and maintaining our online assortment
- Data entry product information by preparing detailed import sheets in Excel
- Create great content using key words in product descriptions to improve SEO
- Work together with our website specialist, our buyers and our sales team on the floor
- Ensure quality images are available for all the products
- Collaborate with our team to create fun and commercial content during the different seasons
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website.
- Utilize HTML skills to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Analyze website performance metrics using SQL and other analytical tools to inform decision-making.
- Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, and customer service to ensure alignment on goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
- Attention to detail
- Microsoft Office experience with a special love for Excel
- Marketing skills - able to write and read SEO content
- Social media experience
- Team spirit
- Strong understanding of HTML; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for e-commerce trends and digital marketing strategies.

Position is 3 days a week - 24 hours per week

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
