The American product company operating in the field of home improvement services is seeking an experienced End User Product Manager to join their product team

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the end user features of their product, ensuring that they meet the needs of the customers and align with the company's overall strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations, to define product requirements and rollout features that maximize business value.

**Responsibilities**
- As a product manager, you will be expected to bring a **passion and understanding of the American home improvement customer**, and you will represent the customer - the end user
- You will be the champion and voice of customers in every conversation
- You will build direct relationships with customers as well as immerse yourself in customer feedback
- In this position, you will work closely with other product managers, designers, and engineers to
- Own the product vision for end-user-focused features
- Manage the roadmap for these features
- Be lean by creating mínimal viable products
- Make tactical prioritization decisions while helping the team think long-term
- Build trust and decrease entropy with stakeholders and other functions by maintaining an understandable, accurate roadmap
- Own the metrics / KPIs used to define success for your area, including utilizing data-based decision-making whenever possible, but also know when data cannot drive the feature decisions
- Analyze product and feature usage
- Use Google Analytics to understand user flow and drop-offs throughout the customer's life cycle
- Use the data dashboards to understand the impact of features in metrics and KPIs
- Use the above to prioritize and inform how to improve the product

**Desired Skills and Experience**

Must have:

- 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience that includes:

- Experience delivering product roadmap/status updates to executive leadership
- Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver projects that involve complex technical problems
- Experience working directly with frontend and backend engineers in a remote company context
- Your product experience should include:

- Direct exposure to products and features used by thousands of end-users
- Familiarity with user-authenticated, complex web-based products that involve dozens of workflows and pages
- You have a deep empathy for US homeowners
- You understand how to communicate value prop to the customer through design aesthetic and user flow

This is a 100% remote position, full-time, with expectations of at least 40 hours per week.

Availability Monday through Friday between 8:00am -5:00pm US Central.
