We are currently seeking a fulltime professional **Operations Support Officer **for an immediate start

**Operations & Inventory Management**:

- Maintaining inventory and moving inventory as needed
- Assisting director with all operations related matters on a day-to-day basis
- Fleet maintenance and ICBC compliances
- Printing booklet and materials as and when needed
- Taking care of insurance and fabrication of trucks
- Maintaining and keeping track of uniforms and other Welcome kit material for employees
- Delivering and picking-up supplies, uniforms and trucks as needed
- Talking with Vendors and trouble-shooting operations related matters
- Purchasing and procurement
- Coordinating all the work assigned by the Director and reporting back about progress and any issues
- Keeping track of filing management, paper records and invoices etc
- All other administrative and relevant matters related to the Traffic Operations Assistant role

**Office Management**
- Assisting the Managers in their respective tasks
- Overseeing office organization / cleanliness
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Managing office budgets & liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Organizing induction programs and onboarding for new employees
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
- Attending meetings with senior management
- Updating and organizing the filing system and computer files
- Coordinating and organizing social office events in collaboration with staff
- Bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable; Maintaining the billing database
- Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community organizations, employment agencies, and internet sites; providing information on opportunities and benefits; maintaining rapport and building relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00-$3,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
