Sales Associate – Print & Services Apply now to join the Staples Canada team as a Sales Associate in Print & Services. Job Purpose Deliver exceptional customer service, support print production, and achieve sales and margin goals as part of a collaborative store team. Location St Albert, Alberta, Canada Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Contribute to the success of the print and customer service areas by utilizing our selling model and offering informed recommendations on our products and services. Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals. Perform in-store print production and ensure all orders are correctly processed. Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies. Engage with and sell to all customers using the selling model, POS system and marketing tools. Handle transactions with the POS system, including shipping and promotional conversions. Fulfill steps required for intake or pick up of customer orders in Print, including filtering orders from the dashboard, phone, and counter. Ensure machines are stocked with paper, toners, and supplies; catalogue all print orders, manage inventory, and prioritize service paths. Maintain merchandising and signage standards in print and cash areas, and ensure accurate inventory control. Learn and maintain all standards required in Print and Services, ensuring checklists, audits and brand standardization are met. Qualifications 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
