**Job Overview**

**Shifts**: Evening and weekend availability required. Shift schedules will vary based on clinic needs. Please note that this is a **casual position**, and weekly shifts are **not guaranteed**.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls with excellent etiquette, directing inquiries as needed.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized staff calendar.
- Ensure the reception area, clinic, and gym space are clean and well-maintained.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Familiarity with **Jane software** is an asset.
- Knowledge of **anatomy and rehabilitation professions** (e.g., chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy) is beneficial.
- Strong **organizational skills** with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills.
- Experience with clerical duties (filing, typing, document management) is an advantage.
