We are looking for people who are outgoing, friendly and enjoy having conversations to build strong relationships with customers.

We require dedicated, committed, motivated and experienced Retail Sales Associates to become part of our team at Bayers Lake. We are seeking mature, self-motivated individuals who have the flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.

For the right staff, we will consider full time or a variety of roles tailored to meet your needs.

In the role of Retail Sales Associate, your responsibilities include proactively delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, assisting other staff members, and ensuring our customers enjoy a positive shopping experience. Our team members are comfortable working with others and are just as comfortable working independently.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need in a proactive manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
- Merchandise products to and beyond store standard
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail essential
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
