We are looking to fill a permanent position of **Inside Sales Associate** for Cabinet Hardware and Woodworking Industry at our Mississauga, Ontario branch of Richelieu Hardware Ltd.
**Position Overview**:
**The main responsibilities of a Corporate Sales Associate** **are to**:
- Answer calls from on the call queue
- Assist customers at the counter
- Assist customers with product inquiries over the phone or in person
- Track shipments
- Provide superior customer service to our customers
- Attend monthly evening sales meeting to gain product knowledge
**Requirements**:
- Minimum high school diploma. Post-secondary education would be an asset.
- Woodworking experience would be an asset but not required
- Retail experience an asset
- Demonstrate strong time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication and listening skills knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic sales professional with a strong work ethic
- Computer literate
