Do you have a sharp eye and a passion for precision and clarity? We’re looking for a talented and thorough language revisor. Seize the opportunity to play a key role in one of Canada’s largest insurance companies by joining Canada Life’s Digital Hub.

As part of an innovative and dynamic team, your mission will be to ensure the quality of the French language in various digital formats and aimed at different target audiences.

**What you will do**
- Revise and proofread material translated from English to French to ensure accuracy, consistency and readability
- Review digital content (websites, mobile apps), educational articles, social media posts, animation scripts, etc.
- Improve the structure, fluidity and syntax of texts using plain and clear language
- Occasionally translate short content from English to French on short notice
- Ensure content is consistent with Canada Life’s terminology and brand
- Collaborate with stakeholders and obtain their approval as required

**What you need to succeed**
- University degree in translation, linguistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar functions
- Mastery of French and in-depth knowledge of English
- Excellent bilingual revision and proofreading skills, particularly in a digital environment
- Demonstrate autonomy, creativity, thoroughness and judgment
- Curiosity, attention to detail and passion for a job well done
- Teamwork-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills

The base salary for this position is between **$55,700**:

- $97,700**annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
