We are looking for a **Project Coordinator** to join our growing team, supporting our operations and contributing to the smooth scheduling and execution of sub-metering projects. **What You’ll Do**:
You’ll support the scheduling, coordination, and documentation aspects of our sub-metering projects, contributing to smooth operations and timely project completion. Your role will include:

- Schedule and coordinate projects, ensuring technicians have access and property managers are informed.
- Work with property managers on meter replacements and reinspection projects.
- Assemble and manage inspection documentation and schedules.
- Handle data entry and documentation management in the Head End System (HES).
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy before submission.
- Coordinate retrofits and reinspection to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate communication between various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to ensure timely completion.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a project coordinator, administrative, or scheduling role. Experience in the sub-metering, utilities, or construction industry is a plus but not required.
- **Education**: A diploma or degree in business, project management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Knowledge of ERP or HES systems is a plus.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage interactions with clients, technicians, and team members.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently to keep projects on track.
