We are actively seeking experienced **Sales Specialists** to join our team at our **Lethbridge**branch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to phone inquiries
- Provide job and material estimates (service, re-models, and installations)
- Book orders and install dates
- Verify required materials for orders
- Promote features and accessories as appropriate
- Represent the company to potential and existing residential customers
- Provide product presentations in showroom, on telephone and on site as needed

**Requirements**:

- Experience and product knowledge relating to the installation, service, and repair of overhead door systems
- Able to manage and prioritize several task and objectives at the same time
- Able to handle confrontational or problematic situations with tact, sensitivity, and a calm demeanor
- Have a clean and neat appearance and be able to represent the company in a positive manner
- Able to demonstrate a mechanical aptitude
- Able to communicate, read, and write clearly in English
- Have a valid Alberta driver’s license

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
