A successful detailer will be detail oriented, experienced in fine detail procedures, and be passionate about their job. A successful Detailer will be:

- Above all else, have a passion for our brands and desire to keep up with the latest vehicle technology.
- Clean interior or exterior of cars, paying special attention to any instructions of special requests of the vehicle
- Has an understanding of the specialized cleaners, waxes or polish for the specific car
- Use specialized cleaning tools or materials
- Minimum three (3) years of Automotive detailing experience
- Trained and comfortable in operating detailing equipment
- Have automotive dealership experience
- Pays close attention to detail
- Have good time management skills
- Be flexible to put in the extra hours to get the job done if need be
- Be accountable and dependable
