Bayview Car Wash is a well-established and customer-focused car wash facility with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness. We are currently seeking a dedicated and versatile Operations Laborer to join our team and play a vital role in our daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of tasks on the main car wash line, including cleaning, wiping, hooking, and driving vehicles through the wash process.
- In case of shortage, ready to operate the cashier station, handling customer payments, providing accurate change, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient checkout process.
- Ensure vehicles are handled with care and attention to detail, meeting our quality standards for cleanliness and presentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries, explaining services, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements and maintain a high level of service efficiency.
- Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure the car wash facility is well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Replenish supplies in the office when running low or use car for any emergency purposes

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluent in English** with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Possession of a **valid driver's license**.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- **Able to work 6 days a week**, **8:30am to 5:30pm,** Monday through Saturday.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of car care are advantageous.
- **Access to a vehicle** to drive to and from work and to drive to purchase any supplies.
- **SIN Number required and direct deposit information for weekly pay.**

- Toronto, ON M4G 3C7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- labour work: 1 year (preferred)
