**Job Summary
- **we are looking to hire for a couple of positions in our company.

**Handyman/Maintenance Tech**:

- this role will include working in a fast paced environment, able to work flexible hours daytime and nighttime shifts. Able to work as part of a team and on your own. Daily tasks may include drywall, painting, door repairs, floor repairs, locks, ceiling repairs, racking, and warehouse tasks.

**Working Site Supervisor**:

- this role will include working on small construction projects. Able to work nights and out of town. Requires person to be experienced in managing a team and trades. Being able to complete tasks in timely manner and ensuring tasks completed by deadlines. Carpentry experience

**Requirements for both positions**:

- good communication and customer service skills. Able to work nights / days and out of town. Have a valid drivers license and insurance, with clean driver's abstract Preferred D license. Have experience with power tools. Reliable and punctual. Daily reporting
