Spa Receptionist

We are an established south Red Deer spa salon looking for a Nail & Spa receptionist. We are looking for an individual who is flexible, willing to learn and improve, and is a team player. Nail & Spa experience would be an asset; however, finding someone who strives to create excellent customer experience and is the right fit for our spa are more important.

What we are looking for:

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and administrative skills, along with a great personality, a can-do attitude, and the desire /passion to contribute to company growth.
- Must be available for Days/ Evenings/ weekends shift
- Maintenance high level of customer service while also demonstrating a consistently professional and motivational style

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years reception experience
- Experience within a service oriented environment with a focus on sales, customer service, administration and providing a high level of client service/satisfaction
- Superior verbal communication
- Professional, good energy, calm, patient and friendly - great people skills
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Great social media ( Instagram, Facebook, TikTok )

If you have one of the followings, that would be considered as an asset:

- Nails & Spa Salon Receptionist experience
- Experience with Fresha Partner software
- Able to communicate in different languages, other than English ( preferred Vietnamese )
- Manager Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere to guests
- Answer all incoming phone calls in a knowledgeable and professional manner
- Greet clients and check them into the spa upon arrival
- Maintain a working knowledge of all services
- Book appointments, check out client & retail
- Maintain a safe and clean spa by complying with salon operating procedures
