**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits using electronic medical records systems.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Handle phone inquiries, manage appointment bookings, and respond to patient questions.
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries as needed.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is Required (at least 2 Years).
- Knowledge of Cleardent Software
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dental practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using phone systems and general office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism.
