We are a dynamic, well-established general family dental office in Surrey, BC, seeking a talented and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can rock it with their excellent team player skills, computer wizardry, and multitasking abilities. But, most importantly, we need someone who has a fantastic personality and phone manner to keep our patients smiling and happy

Here are some of the exciting things you'll get to do as our new Dental Receptionist:

- Welcome patients with your awesome personality and customer service skills
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage patient records with ease
- Verify insurance coverage and process billing and payments
- Provide support to our fantastic dental team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent,
- Dental receptionist training or certification
- Experience with tracker software
- Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve skills
- A personality that makes people smile (because we need more of that in the world)

The position is for 3-4 days a week with no late evenings or weekends ( for now:) )
