**WE NEED**

You are incredibly detail oriented with a friendly and professional approach. You love to delight customers and are the liaison between customers, internal teams and external partners. You enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment and love contributing to the overall success of the team. As the first point of contact with our customers after they have launched, you’ll be integral in building an ongoing and trusting relationship with them. We want to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience, and that you will be there every step of the way.

**YOU LOVE**
- Focusing on the feedback of customers to know which changes can make a difference
- Making it your personal missions to create an exceptional ongoing experience for customers
- Finding insights and innovative ways that our products can continually solve problems and help our customers improve their business
- Effectively and consistently communicating updates and deliverables to the customer and internal teams, advising them on impacts to deadlines
- Training customers and their teams on the day-to-day use and administration of our products
- Finding opportunities to upsell new products to existing customers by continually adding value and showing them ways our products can help them more
- Getting referrals from existing customers for potential new customers and connecting them with our sales team

**YOU HAVE**
- Previously excelled in a customer success role with a SaaS business where you directly interacted with customers
- A demonstrated track record with project or timeline-based delivery management
- An acute attention to detail that keeps everyone aligned and everything on schedule
- Incredible communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics through both verbal and written means
- An energetic and upbeat personality with a keen desire to see everyone succeed
- An open mind and love learning from others
- The ability to speak and write in both English and French (this would be an asset)
