We are seeking a **Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW)** with specialized training and experience in **marriage and family therapy** to join our in-person practice. This role focuses exclusively on **couples and family counselling**.

Your Role
- Provide **in-person** psychotherapy for **couples and families** following the Family TLC Method.
- Ensure availability for **a minimum of 18 appointment slots per week**, including required evening and weekend times.
- Contribute to a collaborative, professional in-office culture.
- Uphold all ethical and professional standards set by the **OCSWSSW**.

**Qualifications**:

- **MSW** and registration in good standing with the **OCSWSSW**.
- **Five (5)+ years** post-graduate clinical experience.
- Specialized training in **marriage and family therapy** (e.g., EFT, Gottman, family systems).
- Ability to work independently within a professional team environment.
- Professional liability insurance (**$2M** minimum).

**Job Type**: Independent Contractor — 24-Month Term
**Pay**: $90-$105 per session
**Schedule**: Two late-afternoon/evening shifts and one weekend day
