As **Area Loss Prevention Manager**, you will be Responsible for the execution of Sephora Loss Prevention programs to protect the company’s property, people, and brand, while maintaining the store goals for shrink.

You will manage a team Agents to promote the Loss Prevention Culture in stores.

In addition, you will:

- **
Develop, implement, and execute** effective loss prevention strategies to reduce shrink, paying special attention to the High Shrink stores. Analyze loss prevention activities and shrink performance to identify areas in need of improvement. Partner with store and Field Leadership Teams to identify and resolve shrink problems with appropriate action plans.
- ** Administer and implement** store evaluations (OPEX) and LP Programs.
- ** Deliver training to employees** and leadership teams on shrink and loss prevention, including methods to deter and handle shoplifting and internal theft.
- ** Ensure store compliance**, by management and employees, with all loss prevention and operational procedures established to protect company assets. Investigate all discrepancies, indications of dishonesty, fraud or criminal acts, in accordance with established procedures. Utilize exception-based reporting system to cultivate cases. Where appropriate, develop investigative cases with a view to criminal prosecution.
- ** Hire, manage and develop** Loss Prevention Agents and Area Loss Prevention Investigators.
- ** Partner with appropriate teams** in the smooth execution of Perpetual Inventories as they happen in stores yearly or bi-yearly and build effective liaison relationships with police departments, mall security and mall management teams.

**We’d love to hear from you if**
- You have one to three years of experience with multi store leadership
- You can demonstrate strong management/leadership skills needed to effectively liaise with store management and employees, and other cross-functional teams.
- You have a good understanding of criminal and civil law as it applies to the retail environment.
- You have proven ability to track record of dealing with sensitive loss prevention issues in an ethical manner and demonstrating a commitment towards proactive loss prevention and teambuilding.
- You are able to travel routinely within assigned regions. Travel requirement is approximately 80% of the job and includes local and out of town travel.
- Wicklander-Zulawski certification. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
