**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Lead, coach, and develop your team** to drive sales and ensure a smooth, memorable in-store customer experience.
- **Actively oversee daily store operations,** ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- **Provide exceptional customer service** by developing in-depth knowledge of all products and sharing expertise with customers.
- **Serve as a role model and leader,** offering guidance and constructive feedback to support team growth.
- **Recruit, hire, and train staff** on store policies, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
- **Manage inventory levels and purchasing,** ensuring optimal stock availability and loss prevention.
- **Foster a positive work environment** by acting as a bridge between customers and sales associates.
- **Support new store setup** and assist with operational launches as needed.
- **Perform additional duties** as required to support business needs.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES**
- **Minimum 2 years of Store Management experience** in a similar retail environment, with a proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- **Strong leadership**, coaching, and training skills to foster team growth, improve performance, and drive results.
- **Experience in beauty and skincare sales**is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of product knowledge and customer engagement strategies.
- **Sales and business acumen**, with the ability to analyze store performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to drive sales.
- **Inventory management experience**, including stock control, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
- **Excellent customer service skills**, with the ability to build relationships, resolve concerns, and enhance the customer experience.
- **Adaptable and resourceful**, with the ability to quickly respond to changes in product trends, store policies, and business needs.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite** for reporting, store operations, and communication.
- **Highly motivated self-starter** who thrives under mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
