**What You'll Do**:
As a Bath & Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll collaborate with clients to create and sell custom remodeling projects. You’ll manage the process from initial consultation to closing the deal and project handoff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use proven sales techniques to consult with clients, identify their needs, and develop tailored design plans.
- Conduct onsite measurements, gather project details, and take “before” photos to showcase transformations.
- Utilize design software to craft layouts and proposals that align with client goals.
- Present proposals confidently, follow up with leads, and close sales with professionalism.
- Keep project details and client interactions organized in our CRM system.
- Handle financial transactions, including payments, with accuracy and discretion.
- Occasionally represent our brand at trade shows and community events.
