At Approval Express Canada, we help Canadians rebuild their credit and restart their lives — through structured vehicle financing and high-trust systems. This isn’t about selling cars. It’s about guiding buyers through fear, uncertainty, and self-doubt — and helping them move forward.

We’re hiring an Automotive Finance Assistant to manage the early approval process, gather documents, and stabilize buyer confidence. You’ll support our senior closers by keeping deals clean, clients calm, and momentum intact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Speak with pre-approved buyers and walk them through their approval
- Collect documents: ID, paystubs, (training provided)
- Use our CRM to track files, deadlines, and client conversations
- Frame co-applicant discussions without triggering ego or shame
- Prepare clean hand-offs to our closers

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- You live in Vancouver
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and hate dropping the ball
- You bring your own self-ignition — this role rewards discipline
- You’re mentally strong, able to stay focused and accountable under pressure
- You keep a positive attitude when others panic
- You’re coachable, ambitious, and take feedback seriously
- Background in high-performance sports or sales is a bonus — not a requirement
- We’ll train you in the skills — you bring the mindset
