Automotive Sales Manager - Closing Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven Automotive Sales Manager with a primary focus on closing deals and maximizing sales performance. This role requires a strong closer who can effectively engage with potential buyers, overcome objections, and finalize transactions while ensuring a seamless and transparent purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close Deals Efficiently: Engage with potential customers, negotiate terms, and finalize sales to meet and exceed dealership targets.
- Lead Sales Efforts: Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts, provide closing assistance, and help push deals across the finish line.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, address concerns, and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Finance & Contracting Support: Collaborate with the finance team to structure deals, present financing options, and ensure smooth paperwork completion.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, track closing rates, and implement strategies to improve overall dealership performance.
- Training & Coaching: Assist in training sales staff on closing techniques, overcoming objections, and increasing their effectiveness.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all deals comply with dealership policies, industry regulations, and state laws.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management or as a high-performing closer in a dealership setting.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of automotive financing, trade-ins, and deal structuring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and dealership software.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary + aggressive commission structure.

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
