**About Us**:
We are a rapidly growing Managed IT Hardware and Software deployment company, providing cutting-edge solutions to businesses looking to optimize their IT infrastructure. We are seeking a dynamic and aggressive IT sales representative who thrives on making high-volume calls, closing deals, and exceeding targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make 60**+ outbound calls per day** to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Pitch and sell IT Hardware and software deployment services to businesses.
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** in hardcore sales, preferably in IT or tech-related fields.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented personality.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$22.47 per hour
