**Quality Assurance lead**

**Location**:Toronto

The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for leading the development and execution of large, complex projects with confidence and competence. The Quality Assurance Lead has unique skills, and a deep breadth of knowledge and documented experience in quality assurance testing solutions, as well as a demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team.

**You’re great at**:

- Drive quality assurance process, development, and execution.
- Interface with quality assurance analysts, solution designers, IT architects, and other business stakeholders to understand the system quality assurance requirements.
- Support the identification of best solutions and uses of technology to drive business growth, profitability, and efficiencies.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend operational procedures and best practices to optimize processes and workflow efficiencies.
- Test system enhancements and products for discrepancies, and document relevant data in an accurate and timely manner as required.

**You have**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field (i.e. Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years’ experience in quality assurance or related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in senior/leadership role.
- ** Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Easy Repro are required**:

- Authority on testing practices terminology and methodology.
- Knowledge of insurance, business, and technical areas; Property and Casualty Insurance experience.
