You won’t just be responding to critical incidents—you’ll be at the forefront of designing innovative infrastructure, strategies, and systems that make Psychological First Aid more accessible and integrated into our organizational culture.
In this role, you will:
✔ **Teach & Train** - Deliver engaging, interactive PFA education tailored to adult learners, empowering individuals with the tools they need to support themselves and others.
✔ **Design & Implement** - Develop systems and strategies that increase the adoption of PFA at all levels, ensuring it becomes a foundational part of our workplace support network.
✔ **Build & Strengthen** - Establish a dynamic peer support program that fosters connection, resilience, and well-being among staff.
We’re looking for **innovators, educators, and changemakers** who have experience in interactive teaching, adult learning principles, and peer support program development. If you're ready to make a lasting impact on how we care for one another in times of stress and crisis, we’d love to hear from you
