Fun Circle, is an indoor playground and activity center that offers children 0-12 years a safe, clean, and challenging environment to play and explore. Other than a regular day admission into the playground, we provide various activities for children and welcome their families to join them. We host birthday parties, family & friends’ events, corporate parties, team building games and a great field trip option for day cares and schools.

Fun Circle is growing and looking for energetic, creative, and organized people to join their team. We are open 7 days a week and are looking for individuals that are flexible and enjoy working with children and their families in a busy environment.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate fun and creative activities and games for children 0-12 Years of age.
- Register children coming to activity classes/workshops.
- Clearly communicate rules of the activity/workshop, playground and ensure they are followed.
- Ability to clean and maintain the class/workshop equipment and space.
- Responsible for maintaining positive guest relations by providing excellent service.
- Uphold company standards in appearance and behavior.
- Capable to take initiative, are responsible and look for ways to improve processes.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Flexible schedule.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Fun Team Lead and Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in planning and leading activities for groups of children in a recreational setting or a childcare leadership environment is considered an asset.
- 2 years guest service experience, an asset.
- Creative, detail oriented, efficient, and resourceful
- Passion and enthusiasm for working with children of ALL abilities.
- Must be fluent (Verbal / Written) in English
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate with managers, co-workers, parents & children.
- CPR Certification is required.
- Training in Child Development and Child Guidance, an asset
- A diplomatic, outgoing personality and the ability to foster relationships with patrons and colleagues.
- Education and training including Recreation Leadership or Therapeutic Recreation Diplomas, Early Childhood Education (ECE).
